- POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT PROCESSING: With a heavy duty 1.2 HP motor spinning the feather plate at 275 RPMs, the Yardbird plucker can de-feather two chickens in just 15-30 seconds following an appropriate scalding process. A roomy 20″ tub easily accommodates many sizes of birds.
- SAFE AND CONVINIENT: An easy to reach ON/OFF switch is mounted safely above the operation meaning you’ll never need to bend over again to engage or disengage the motor. A tub sensing switch will stop the motor in an instant if the tub gets removed or loosened during operation.
- CLEAN BIRDS: An built in irrigation ring with included Y-Valve provide the perfect amount of water to flush feathers and debris while 111 natural rubber fingers are gentile on the birds, ensuring no skin is or bones are torn or damaged during the process.
- EASY MAINTAINACE AND CLEAN UP: A removable 304-stainless steel, food-grade tub along with a heavy-duty, gasket-sealed motor housing allow for full washdown cleaning and minimal maintenance.
- MOVEABLE AND STORAGE FRIENDLY: A wide handle and large airless wheels helps you pull the plucker with ease no mater where you set up your operation, and built in hooks for cord and hose storage means you’ll never waste time looking for those items for the next butchering day.
